The Tramyard in the Evening Standard

Did you spot the feature on Balham in the Evening Standard, citing Balham as a secret no longer? Naturally we knew this! That’s why we are privileged to be working closely within the community at Balham as we progress to deliver The Tramyard on Balham High Road for launch in Summer 2019.

There are so many inspiring businesses here, some of our favourites are mentioned in the article including Jeffersons Ice Cream, and We Brought Beer on Hildreth Street. So many more that didn’t get a mention, including Megan’s Restaurants who have recently raised over £15,500 for local charities!

We love Balham and the fact that it lies between three amazing commons with all those outdoor wellbeing opportunities is what makes it for us!
