Our exciting plans will see a 5.5ha brownfield site in Gravesend, Kent transformed into a sustainable new 15-minute neighbourhood. We’ll be providing 1,500 new homes including affordable, Later Living and Build to Rent and over 4,500sqm of space for local businesses including shops, restaurants and workspaces. We’ll be opening up the site with over 65% of it being beautifully landscaped open space, including gardens accessible to all, as well as extending the current popular promenade by 350m of additional riverside walkway.
Gravesham Borough Council Planning Committee Members unanimously voted in favour to grant planning permission for Albion Waterside in July 2021.

25-33 Parkhouse Street is part of the wider Burgess Business Park Site Allocation and is situated adjacent to Burgess Park. Resolution to Grant was secured via Planning Committee in October 2021 for a co-location development with 109 homes sitting above 1,351sqm of B1c floorspace.
Sustainability is at the heart of the design with a target carbon reduction of 72% carbon emissions against Part L1A of Building Regulations. The proposed green link to the park, with rain gardens, and a mix of extensive and intensive green roofs will also contribute to the area’s biodiversity. It’s a pioneering development that is taking the necessary steps towards delivering energy-neutral buildings, true to our founding principles.
Once one of London’s last working tram depots, The Tramyard is an award winning development of 70 one, two and three bedroom apartments, Garden Villas & Penthouses. Completed in 2021, The Tramyard won Best Apartment at the Evening Standard Awards 2020.

One Vinyl Square is a key component of the regeneration of the £250 million masterplan of the Old Vinyl Factory in Hayes, the former headquarters of EMI Records. Our Building faces onto Vinyl Square, the centrepiece of the development and will be just eight minutes walk from Hayes & Harlington Crossrail station. Planning permission was issued in November 2020 for 134 new homes and ground floor flexible floor space. The development will be delivered in partnership with Network Homes and offer 100% affordable housing.
We converted this tired office block located on the old Wimbledon FC football ground into an award-winning development of 25 innovative space-efficient, loft-style micro-flats. It has become a great example of how an unloved commercial building can be turned into a thriving community.
All Sold
We converted this decaying office block into 43 apartments, with the addition of the external structure allowing for a greater number of apartments, each with a south or south west facing living space and balcony.
The angled balustrade design ensured privacy from neighbouring apartments whilst maximising the open view visible from the interior.
The scheme explores a series of ideas innovative in the sector. Walkways adopt the chipped rubber typical of playgrounds, ensuring total acoustic dampening. A workspace is shared by the whole building. Acetylated timber ensures sustainable longevity of building cladding.
