One Vinyl Square is a key component of the regeneration of the £250 million masterplan of the Old Vinyl Factory in Hayes, the former headquarters of EMI Records. Our Building faces onto Vinyl Square, the centrepiece of the development and will be just eight minutes walk from Hayes & Harlington Crossrail station. Planning permission was issued in November 2020 for 134 new homes and ground floor flexible floor space. The development will be delivered in partnership with Network Homes and offer 100% affordable housing.
