25-33 Parkhouse Street is part of the wider Burgess Business Park Site Allocation and is situated adjacent to Burgess Park. A planning application was submitted in March this year for comprehensive mixed-use development including 128 news homes and replacement of commercial floorspace aimed at local businesses.
Sustainability is at the heart of the design with a target carbon reduction of 83% carbon emissions against Part L1A of Building Regulations. The proposed green link, with raingardens, and a mix of extensive and intensive green roofs will also contribute to the area’s biodiversity and knit the development into Burgess Park.
