Fronting the main public square in The Old Vinyl Factory, this impressive building will provide 134 new homes and completes the final residential phase of U+I’s masterplan.

One Vinyl Square is the final and tallest residential phase of The Old Vinyl Factory in Hayes, the former headquarters of EMI Records. This impressive building fronts Vinyl Square, the central public space of U+I’s masterplan, and will be just 8 minutes’ walk from Hayes & Harlington Crossrail station. Resolution to Grant was secured via virtual committee in May this year for 134 new homes and flexible floorspace on the ground floor.
