Joseph Homes are currently working with a private landowner to bring forward a key strategic site in a riverside location in North Kent. Although the proposals are in the early stages, we are looking forward to working with the local authority to provide significant public realm improvements, new employment opportunities and in the region of 1,000 new homes on a variety of tenures.
