We are delighted that our proposal for a 32 storey residential-led mixed-use development on the Old Kent Road was approved by Southwark’s Planning Committee. This development raises the bar in carbon reduction for tall buildings through an innovative energy strategy which provides 69% less carbon emissions and a 32% reduction in residents’ energy bills.

The development delivers:
3,000 sqm of employment floorspace
219 homes
35% affordable housing
Public garden square
