About Us
At Joseph Homes we have a unique team from diverse backgrounds, all of whom share the same values to deliver homes to be proud of. Currently 20 strong, below is our brilliant team.
Chinah has worked in an impressive variety of industries before joining Joseph Homes in 2019, including flying for British Airways as cabin crew.
Chinah has been involved in lots of areas of the business, and today is the People & Wellness Manager. She manages our B Corp accreditation and Live Well activities, whilst spending a lot of her time nurturing our office culture and keeping everyone happy!
She is yet to shake off the travel bug, with travelling her number one pastime. A self confessed wellness-enthusiast, you can usually find her doing pilates, on a yoga retreat, drinking green juice… or eating chocolate (full of antioxidants, she reassures!)
Chris graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a degree in Real Estate Management. He spent 2 years on a graduate programme and became a fully qualified Chartered Surveyor. Prior to joining Joseph Homes, he specialised in the acquisition and sale of Investment and Development opportunities across London and the South-East.
At Joseph Homes, Chris’ primary focus is to source and acquire new land opportunities that are in line with the our long term goals of growth.
Chris’ ideal day off can described as anything related to sports, watching or playing. Most weekends you will find him on the golf course, telling his mates how he could have turned pro if he set his mind to it.
James brings a wealth of experience to the Joseph Homes table. He graduated from Queen Mary University of London with a degree in Law and spent a few years managing a ski chalet company in the Alps. He then took a role in planning and development, specialising in maximising value through planning gains. James’s experience is extensive: he has worked across numerous sectors including residential, mixed-use, student, and large leisure sites.
James joined Joseph Homes at the start of a new exciting chapter as Senior Development Manager to maximise opportunity through the development lifecycle through effective management and efficient design whilst mitigating the risks.
Despite his career development, his love for the magnificent Alps has not faded. In fact, James spends as much time there as he can, snowboarding every winter. He is also a Spurs season ticket holder – bold move in an office full of Arsenal fans!
Having completed his studies in Ancient History and Law, Christian spent time working in clean energy Private Equity before joining Joseph Homes in early 2011.
Christian began life at Joseph Homes in the land department, acquiring land within the M25 and surrounding areas, with a particular focus on building relationships and sourcing opportunities that continue to drive growth within the business. This has now evolved into a broader position in the company, with a Partnerships role that covers all aspects of our operations.
When he isn’t playing football or tennis, Christian spends his time keeping abreast of current affairs and sharing his opinions with people who haven’t asked for them.
